Medicine 2.0 ‘10 Europe - November 29th & 30th Maastricht, the Netherlands

This week: prof.dr. Bas Bloem - consultant neurologist Radboud University Medical Centre:

Bas Bloem will talk at Medicine 2.0, tuesday 30th november, about participatory healthcare. His speach is called "Working towards Participatory Health: Could Somebody Press the Reset Button Please?"

Bas Bloem created ParkinsonNet, together with his colleague Marten Munneke. ParkinsonNet represents regional communities of closely cooperating healthcare professionals that are specialized in treating and coaching patients with Parkinson's disease or related disorders (atypical parkinsonism). These communities are centered around community hospitals in the Netherlands.
